What fire wire card would work with a Dell Dimension 4700 with windows XP? - via vt

It was one, but I was mixed up somewhere, I can not see .... Spend 5 OT, KT 4050, VIA VT 6306 0724CD 2HA1008712 Taiwan. I have no idea what does not ... But can someone please help? I have to go several hours of video with a backup, because I can not go without a Firewire card.
