In the past 2.5 years I have had intermittent pain in the hip on the left side (seen below), the (right hip down) in time and transfers the same pain occurs at regular intervals for 2 to 3 months and start again after 2 to 3 months.

I talked to a doctor suspects ankylosing ankylosis, but ruled out negative. all other tests such as X-rays, blood reports, etc. were normal.

The pain is intense, if in their spare time or when I get up in the morning. Kindly suggest what the next step I must do to relieve this pain.
